Authors Note: Sometimes it takes bad events to make other things better.
“Stinky” I called to my Green Vosmaeri Eclectus, an Australian parrot. He flew next to me and landed the stair ledge. I patted his back and slightly smiled. The news wasn’t new but I had to leave Stinky for a couple months for a job. It was terrible timing because he was scheduled to go to an animal hospital for awhile and recover from a nasty disease that made him unable to fly.
Stinky and I flew in a private plane that my dad owns. We went to Tampa, Florida. This was an amazing journey for both of us. Seeing the towers, roller coasters, and beautiful beaches. Once we arrived at the
animal hospital I had to fly back at Kimble county, Texas.
Doctors wrote back telling me everything about what’s happening to Stinky. He was doing great till one day he just gave out. Doctors all thought he was dead. I flew back to Florida and quickly went to the hospital. I was hugging him and kissing him, hoping a miracle would happen. Just as I left the hospital I heard a flapping noise behind me.
I turned around happily thinking it was Stinky, But it was just a small red Violet-Necked Lory. I got onto the plane and began to fly. I fell over during the ascend, and found this square like figure. It was a cage with a Green Vosmaeri Eclectus bird in it. On the cage was a note that said “Stinky left the to bird paradise. We stuffed him for you.”
I cried quietly in my lap. 10 years later I opened a shop called “Parrot Stinky.” I sold many types of bird
species. Also sold bird toys and food. I became happy after my shop became very popular.
Bad events happen all the time but can change into good events.
